Haven’t been to Mai’s for several years so was looking forward to going back to have 20D, Vietnamese rolls with vermicelli noodles. There were three of us and we all ordered something different. There were first person to receive their meal had the platter which consisted of Vietnamese rolls, salad, vermicelli noodles (the same thing I ordered) plus several other items. 5 minutes later the next person’s dinner arrived; the House Special and still I waited for mine while I saw other meals, ordered after me, leaving the kitchen. At one point I asked if they’d forgotten my dinner. Finally 10 minutes after the first person received their meal and were almost finished, I received mine. What I don’t understand is why mine didn’t come out with the first persons meal as it had the same food items. Will not be rushing back.

Ordered their appetizer combo of spring roll and salad roll. The portions were double in size from what I expected. Took my entree as takeout because I was full from the combo appetizer.
Spring rolls and salad roll were both delicious! The solitary server was hustling but managed to keep up with the patrons

I am a huge fan of Mai's restaurant for the Pho. I have noticed as of late that for the promised package, they provide lemons instead of limes, do not provide the sauces (hoison/hot sauce- just ordered on March 13, 2024 and they forgot to provide this with the soup). Very disappointing as I finally found a place that I could be a loyal customer and have been for quite a while. Hopefully this reaches the management and they will ensure that what is promised on the menu is provided when ordered for takeout. I do love your Pho so please listen to this review and respond.

We are extremely loyal and always satisfied with everything we've ordered from Mai's but I suppose sooner or later something is bound to disappoint and tonight was that night.
Curry chicken ...delicious
Deep fried spring rolls....delicious
Cauliflower wings.....major fail! NOT deep fried and beyond disappointment.
Definitely wouldn't recommend the. Cauliflower Wings at all.

Excellent as usual! I usually dine in, but this was my first take-out order for lunch. This is my favourite restaurant in Langley for a reason!

First time eating here and the food was great! Ordered online for pick and it was nice , hot and ready.

Kids loved the curry chicken. We will be returning customers for sure.

Mai’s is our favourite go-to for family gatherings. The food is consistently excellent and great service as well.
